Hello Moodle staff,

We made an update early this week in an effort to fix an issue staff were seeing with the viewing of Moodle's front page and to improve the security of the site. We've discovered that this change broke some hard-coded links (when you copy and paste an embed link into Moodle). This only applies to embedded items, not links to external sites.

If the link begins with http instead of https the item will be blocked. Please check your course and if you find any broken embedded links, change 'http' to 'https' in the link and it will fix the issue. **If you aren't able to embed a non-SSL link, link to it externally.

We apologize and thank you for your understanding.
